In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 UK, you have the right to advise us of your wish to return goods at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery of your items. We appreciate that many people buy memory cards for mobile phones that are yet to be delivered from a contract. Therefore we will accept any unopened memory card purchased in error up to 14 days after the purchase date.
Please note: All returned products unless confirmed faulty must be in an unopened condition.
To return an item you must have a RMA Number otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted.
Follow the procedures below to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
If you need any help regarding a RMA that has all ready been requested, please email us.
If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears within the warranty period, please email us. All manufacturers have different warranty periods so please check this either on our websites or with the manufacturer before contacting us.
If your problem cant be resolved by one of our technicians via email, the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:
> All returned Goods must be authorised, and a printed copy of the RMA Returns Number must be included with the returned product.
> Goods should be returned complete, including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD's etc for that product
> Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the item tests faulty as described, we will refund your shipping costs.
> The Goods are your responsibility until signed for.
> DO NOT RETURN ITEMS VIA ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
If your returned Goods are found to be faulty, we will offer an exact replacement for your item. We will also refund your postage costs.
If your returned Goods are found NOT to be faulty they will be returned to you and no refund for postage will be given.

Log in to your customer account and select the order or item(s) within the order you wish to return.
Once you have selected the item(s) and the reason for return click submit.
Your returns RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number will be available to print off or use.
