Blackline Safety EXO 4-inlet Pump Module

The Blackline Safety EXO 4-Inlet Pump Module is an add-on accessory that converts a diffusion EXO area monitor into a pumped instrument, drawing sample gas actively rather than relying on ambient diffusion. This makes it suitable for pre-entry confined space checks, leak detection and monitoring in locations where the EXO itself cannot be placed.

The module provides four separate sample inlets and supports sample lengths of up to 30 metres (100 feet) when used with compatible tubing. It operates across the full EXO temperature range of -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F), maintaining the same environmental tolerance as the host instrument. A small number of reactive gas sensors, including chlorine (Cl2), chlorine dioxide (ClO2) and hydrogen cyanide (HCN), are not compatible with pumped operation and must remain in diffusion configuration.

The pump module is typically paired with a Blackline Safety EXO 8 Area Monitor and works alongside standard Blackline accessories including replacement pump cartridge particulate filters, and Tygon sampling tubing in 2, 10, 50 and 100 foot lengths, and Teflon lined sampling tubing in 2, 10 and 50 foot lengths.
