Gas Proving Systems

A gas proving system checks that every appliance valve is closed before allowing the gas supply to open, while a gas interlock system shuts the gas off automatically if ventilation fails, helping commercial kitchens comply with BS 6173 and supporting interlock requirements under IGEM/UP/19.
