Water Leak Detection

A water leak detection system continuously monitors areas at risk of water damage and raises the alarm the moment moisture is present, stopping a small leak becoming a flooded plant room or a ruined server floor. Our water leak detection equipment is built around the Merlin WLM from S&S Northern, a permanent single zone controller for commercial buildings and residential apartment blocks. The WLM works with water sensing cable or point probes, sounds a built-in alarm, can automatically close a water solenoid valve and connects to BMS controls for remote monitoring.
