Drager Aerotest 5000
The Aerotest 5000 from Drager Safety is part of their air quality monitoring range. This set in particular monitors the purity of breathing air.
Please note: the Drager Tubes or the Oil Impactor are not included with this set and must be purchased separately.
Depending on which accessories are used air purity of a low pressure system or a high pressure system can be checked (in accordance to country-specific standards). By entering the respective standard (for example EN 12021) the Drager Aerotest 5000 automatically checks whether the limit valve.
One of the main advantages of using this air quality system is its suitability for high pressure systems. It can be used to test compressed air systems of 2.5 to 10 bar with the option to extend the test range to pressure reducer F 3002. This enables you to test the purity of air supplies of up to 300 bar.
The Aerotest 5000 from Drager Safety makes use of the Drager Detection Tubes. This allows the concentration of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapour and oil to be determined in the compressed air flowing off.
- User-friendly system with menu-driven measurement
- Ability to download data and print test certificates
- Clear menu navigation, touch-screen and preset functions with a standard database
- 400 oil types already stored in the database
- Oil Impactor also simplifies testing for oil aerosols; besides conventional oils and detects synthetic oils in the compressed air
- Can be used as a stationary unit if the space at the measuring location is confined
