Drager Bayonet A2B2E2K2HgP3 R D, Combination Cartridge, EN14387, pack of 5 pairs
Drager offer the ABEK P3 filter range as a means of protection from both toxic gases and vapours and also particles. This particular filter is an ABEK Class 2 Hg P3 R D filter which protects against a wide range of gases and particles. They come in a pack of 5 pairs. See the spec table on the right for more information on the gases. Class 'P3' indicates that this filter is 99.95% efficient in filtering out dust and particulates.
Please note: Hg filters can only be used for a maximum of 50 hours according to EN 14387.
These particular filters are suitable for twin filtered masks only. This includes the X-plore 3300 and 3500 half masks and also the X-plore 5500 full face mask. The filters are packaged in a pair which make them both economical and protects unused filters.
The white housing on the filters makes them identifiable as being particulate filters. The shelf life of particulate filters (from date of production) is 12 years.
