Drager Cylinder Cover PVC (6.8L 300 bar)

This cylinder cover from Drager is an accessory of the Drager breathing carbon composite cylinder range.  This particular version will fit a 6.8 litre 300 bar cylinder.  It is also made from a polyvinyl chloride material (PVC).

The cover protects the composite cylinders which are manufactured using a seamless aluminium liner, wrapped in carbon and glass fibres.  There is then an additional layer of fibre glass wrapped onto the cylinder which helps protect the cylinder from impact and abrasion.

The composite cylinder range is ideal for applications where breathing becomes a struggle.

There are additional covers available for other sizes of cylinders.  A larger (9.0 litres 300 bar) version of the PVC cover is also available (click here ).

Nomex covers are also an option.  This is a flame-resistant meta-aramid material and is available for the following sizes: 6.8 litre / 300 bar and also 9.0 litre / 300 bar (both for composite cylinders).
