Detect Epichlorohydrin gas with a measurement range of 5 to 80 ppm with Drager’s short-term gas detection tubes. These tubes have a shelf life of 2 years and are able to detect a range of other substances including 1-Chloro-2,3-epoxypropane, 2-Chloroethanol, 2,3-Epoxy-1-chloropropane and Ethylene Chlorohydrin.

Other chlorinated hydrocarbons are indicated as well but with different sensitivities. It is not possible to measure epichlorohydrine in the presence of free halogens and hydrogen halides in the TLV range because they are indicated as well. Petroleum hydrocarbons cause low readings. |
