Drager Detection Tubes Methanol 20/a (Pack of 10)

Drager's methanol short-term gas detection tubes come in a pack of 10 and are used to detect levels of methanol in the air.

These tubes can be used for on-spot measurements and must be used in conjunction with the Drager Accuro Gas Detection Pump.  This manual bellows pump is also available to purchase on the Frontline Safety website.

Cross Sensitivities

  • The tube does not differentiate between different alcohols.
  • Higher molecular alcohols are indicated with significantly decreasing sensitivity
  • Ethers and xylene are indicated as well, but with different sensitivity
  • ≤ 25 ppm formaldehyde, ≤ 50 ppm acetaldehyde, and ≤ 50 ppm toluene are not indicated
  • Aliphatic petroleum hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, halogenated hydrocarbons and benzene are not indicated
