Drager Quaestor 7000 (Complete)

Drager Quaestor 7000 (Complete)

This particular version of the Quaestor 7000 is the complete version.

The Quaestor 7000 from Drager is a test device that is essential for every modern respiratory protection workshop with high test volumes. The fully automated and computer controlled test device provides the complete spectrum of static and dynamic tests for respiratory protection products. This provides the user with maximum comfort benefits during this task. The Drager Quaestor 7000 meets a high technical quality standard and has been designed in cooperation with service technicians and tailored to their needs.

Comprehensive Test Options in Modular Expansion Stages

The modular design of this test device provides a solution for every respiratory protection workshop and comes available in four different versions that can test full-face masks, chemical protection suits, airline breathing equipment and compressed air breathing apparatus for functionality and leak tightness. Dynamic simulated breathing tests are permitted through the integrated artificial lung.

Options of diving apparatus (SCUBA) tests, closed circuit breathing apparatus (CCBA) and safety valves (SV) tests are all available. The high-precision and manufacturer-independent measurements are carried out according to EN 137, vfdb guideline 0804 and NFPA 1852.

Excellent User Comfort

The Quaestor 7000 from Drager provides users with the greatest comfort, speed and first class precision through the practice-oriented equipment details.
The test process for the Quaestor 7000 is fully automated, automatically opening and closing valves accelerate the process and manual intervention is no longer required. The switch-on point of the low pressure warning is automatically captured through an external microphone. The test head can be turned without restriction and removed as required.

The user is able to tailor the test design more individually and comfortably to requirements due to this flexibility. Another feature of the Quaestor 7000 is the gel face of the test head which emulates the elasticity of the human facial skin, optimises the tight fit for all common mask sizes.

Pressure connections of the Drager Quaestor 7000 are of ergonomic and flexible design and the medium pressure inlet is provided with an extendable hose to eliminate the risk of leaks and resistance due to additional extension hoses. Additionally, the rotatable medium pressure outlet reduces the distance between the breathing connection of the lung demand valve and the mask opening or breathing adapter, e.g. if the test head has been rotated by 90 degree.

A comfortable rest position of the gauge or Drager Bodyguard and external microphone during the test is assured by a specially designed bracket. The bracket is always attached permanently to the Quaestor 7000 from Drager and gives an ideal view of the display area.

There are optional accessories which are available for the Quaestor 7000 and can be adapted to specific requirements and enhance user comfort.
