Drager Selective Filter K1T (H2S) for XS SO2 Sensor

This selective filter from Drager Safety is a K1T filter.  This type of filter is replaceable and is for use with the DragerSensor XS EC for sulphur dioxide (SO2).

This internal selective filter will be able to eliminate any cross-sensitivities to the toxic gas hydrogen sulphide (H2S).  This ensure that the SO2 sensor has the advantage of being highly selective.  The filter has a lifetime of 2,000 ppm x hours, which means that at a hydrogen sulfide concentration of 1 ppm it can be used for 2,000 hours.

This type of DragerSensor has a measurement range of 0 to 100 ppm.  It’s compatible with the X-am 7000 multi gas detection monitor (also available from Frontline Safety – click here ) and can be used in many different applications.
