Drager X-plore 2100 (Silicone)

This particular version of the X-plore 2100 uses silicone which adds comfort to the product and is especially suited to sensitive skin. It also comes in the size medium/large.

The Drager X-plore 2100 is a reusable dust mask, making it more convenient than disposable dust masks. It is a solution for people working frequently in dusty environments and the replaceable filters provide the user with protection against solid and liquid particles. This dust mask from Drager offers the perfect combination of comfort, safety and cost-effectiveness.

The X-plore 2100 achieves an excellent fit with leakage rates much below those of conventional disposable dust masks (FFPs).
A long life time and overall cost savings are achieved as the filters with protection levels FMP2 and FMP3 are characterised by high filtration efficiency, and due to a large surface area, low breathing resistance.

Donning and taking off the Drager X-plore 2100 mask is quick and easy, as is replacing the filters. The ergonomic design of the non-slip head harness makes sure the unit fits well and the dust mask can also be removed without the need to take off the safety helmet (“drop-down” strap system). The elastic straps have an integrated neck hook and are easy to open and close, allowing precise adjustment of the mask.

Another feature of Drager’s reusable dusk mask is the exhalation valve which is positioned low to ensure a dry and pleasant atmosphere inside the mask. Its low weight also means it is hardly noticeable and is comfortable.

The Drager X-plore 2100 can be easily disassembled and reassembled, ensuring hassle-free cleaning. In combination with the low-cost replaceable filters, overall total cost savings can be easily achieved.
