Product description

The Drager X-plore 4740 is a reusable half face mask used with Drager X-plore Rd40 thread connection filters (filters sold separately). The X-plore 4740 is suitable for use across a range of industries and supports both EN and NIOSH compliant filters.

The mask body is available in two materials: silicone (in black) for sensitive skin, and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Both versions combine a soft mask body with a durable PP (polypropylene) plastic frame to maintain shape across face sizes and provide a tight seal. The silicone body weighs approximately 160 g and the TPE body weighs approximately 180 g.

The mask features the FlexiFit head harness with a flexible, robust neoprene strap and two adjustment points. The drop-down strap system allows the mask to be released without removing the safety helmet. The exhalation valve is positioned low to remove moisture and maintain a dry atmosphere inside the mask. An EH (chemical-resistant neoprene) version of the elastic harness is also available.

This bundle is available in three configurations: Silicone body in S/M; Silicone body in M/L; and TPE body in M/L.

The mask is CE-certified to EN 140 and AS/NZS approved.
