This Rd40 X-tended filter is part of a range of Drager high performance filters. They operate on a minimum of 30% higher performance than standard requirements. It's important to note that this particular filter can only be used with full face masks.

This 1140 A2B2E2K2 gas filter from Drager Safety will protect you from gases and vapours of class 2 organic compounds with boiling point > 65 °C and inorganic gases and vapours. The filter also offers protection against class 2 levels of sulphur dioxide, hydrogen chloride and ammonia.

The gas filter has an Rd40 connection in accordance to EN 148-1. This makes it suitable for full face masks with a standard connection including the X-plore 6300. It can be used in applications including chemicals, automobiles, shipbuilding, metal processing and public utilities.
