Honeywell Flex 5 Multi Gas Detector

The Honeywell Flex 5 Series is a modular portable gas detector built around a single platform that scales to 4, 5 and 6 gas configurations, with a choice of pumped or diffusion sampling. It monitors combustible gases, oxygen and toxic gases, with the exact sensor mix set to suit the application. The Flex 5 Series is the next evolution of the Honeywell BW Flex platform, designed for everyday use in demanding industrial conditions.

Because one platform covers several roles, teams can standardise their gas detection fleet instead of running separate devices for separate tasks. The diffusion versions suit personal monitoring and confined space entry, while the pumped versions handle pre-entry sampling and remote testing. This makes the Flex 5 Series a practical fit for confined space work, industrial maintenance, utilities and emergency response.

Compliance is managed through Honeywell Safety Suite 2.0, which automates data capture and keeps audit-ready records without adding manual paperwork. Combined with predictable bump testing and calibration cycles, this helps safety officers show that procedures have been followed and helps technicians manage larger fleets with fewer repeat tasks.

PC Lite included for fundamental system set-up and configuration, and data extraction, at the local point of use. Safety Suite 2.0 is recommended for centralised fleet management and for generating custom reports across multiple locations.
