Sensepoint XRL Bluetooth Yellow (with Modbus)
The Sensepoint XRL Bluetooth Yellow (with Modbus) is a system designed by Honeywell to meet the needs of industrial applications. The system is designed as a fixed-point gas leak detector with Bluetooth functionality allowing you to pair the system with a smartphone using the dedicated mobile app. This allows users of the system to be approximately 10 metres away and still be able to maintain and configure the device.
The inclusion of the modbus allows the Sensepoint XRL to transmit information to other systems. The Sensepoint XRL itself has a lifespan of 10 years (not including the sensor) making it a more permanent solution compared to other devices. One person can carry out calibration without them having to open the system and this saves time. This functionality also removes the need for hot work permit.
The Sensepoint XRL Bluetooth Yellow with modbus can also be used with the Honeywell Touchpoint Plus controller and it perfectly complements the Sensepoint system. This system can be used in manufacturing facilities and factories, fuelling depots, petrochemical plants, vehicle test facilities, battery charging facilities and water treatment plants.
