MSA AirElite 4h Closed Circuit Breathing Apparatus
The AirElite 4H from MSA is a closed-circuit breathing apparatus set, designed provide fresh and dry breathing air. This set is ideal for industries such as the fire brigade and mine rescue and can be used in applications including tunnels, chemical plants, refineries, storage facilities, high-rise buildings and also long duration and underground rescue missions.
The AirElite 4H operates on user exhalation as oxygen is generated from potassium hyperoxide (KO2) canisters. The KO2 reacts with moisture and carbon dioxide (CO2) to help release energy and oxygen (O2). One of main benefits of the AirElite 4H is the fact it’s available for immediate use. The air supply is controlled with a regulator and provides effective air with a three-stage cooling system.
An additional feature of this closed-circuit breathing apparatus is the integrated control monitor (IC-Air). This allows the AirElite 4H to be controlled and monitored electronically.
