What Gases Will the Drager X-am 2500 Detect?

There are a few configurations available which can detect up to 4 different gases.  This may include sensors for:

• O2 Oxygen for oxygen depletion
• H2S Hydrogen Sulphide
• CO Carbon Monoxide
• LEL for Combustibles

Where are The Sensors on the Drager X-am 2500?

Above the LCD screen will be the sensors.  These are positioned at the front of the device, under the silver grail.

What Alarms Does the Drager X-am 2500 Have?

Being alerted to the presence of harmful gas is the main reason to use a gas detector. The X-am 2500 alerts you via the visual flashing lights, a multi-tone >90 dB audible alarm, and the unit also vibrates.

What Does the Drager X-am 2500 LCD Display Show?

The display on the unit is bright and easy to read, but understanding the data presented to you is important. On the left of the screen, you'll see a list of the gases that your unit will detect. In the middle, you'll see the measuring values, and any special symbols will be shown on the right.

How Robust is the Drager X-am 2500?

Toughness is a key factor when choosing a gas detector. It has to be able to take a knock.  Being IP67 rated, the Drager X-am 2500 is protected against water and dust ingress and the rubberized housing helps this.
