The Drager Accuro Pump can be an easy and cost-effective method of gas detection. The pump is compatible with over 500 different short-term gas detection tubes and is suitable for many different applications.
Firstly, insert an unopened tube into the socket. Squeeze the pump completely and release. If the end of stroke indicator has not appeared after 15 minutes, then your Accuro pump is leak-proof. If this does appear then you should contact our team and notify them of this. Otherwise, remove the tube and reset the counter to zero and prepare for use.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAZARD AND SAFETY INFORMATION BEFORE USE.
This can be done in two ways. Use the integrated ceramic blade on the bottom of your Accuro or use the Deluxe tube opener. If you're using the opener on the Accuro pump then make sure you keep the tube pressed against the ceramic edge and turn the tube to score the glass. If you're using the Deluxe opener then the instructions should be shown on the side of the box. Your tube is now ready to use.
Insert the tube into the Accuro pump with the black arrow facing inwards. Squeeze the pump to create one stroke. The number of strokes required will be indicated on your chosen tube pack and instructions.
You may find that different tubes should be treated differently and may include different steps. Please check the individual instructions in your pack of tubes for additional information on how many strokes, storage instructions, measurement ranges, cross sensitivities and other technical data.
It’s important to know how to dispose of any used or out of date tubes. Contact our Sales Team on 0141 771 7749 or [email protected] for more information on disposal.
REMEMBER: ALWAYS READ THE HAZARD AND SAFETY INFORMATION THAT COMES WITH THE KIT BEFORE USE.
