What’s included in the calibration?

All of these BW detectors will be provided with a traceable calibration certificate and will be added to our recall system.  According to manufacturer recommendations your BW gas detector should be calibrated every 6 months and the Frontline Safety Service Team will help remind you that this is due.  We will send you a notification before your upcoming calibration due date and provide a price and instructions on how to return your gas detector for service.

How do I return my gas detector for calibration?

How long will it take to calibrate my BW Gas Detector?

At Frontline Safety we understand that your equipment is crucial to your daily operations and aim to carry out this service and return your gas monitor to you as soon as possible.  Our standard turnaround time is around 3-5 working days, however we constantly aim to improve this and inform you of the status every step of the way.

Can I hire a BW Gas Detector?

To help reduce any downtime caused by returning your gas detector for service we also offer a hire service.  If for any reason the work required to repair your gas detector falls outwith our normal turnaround time then our engineers will be in touch and can offer you a hire option based on your needs.

How do I return my BW Gas Detector for calibration?

Once you have booked in your BW Gas Detector for a service and calibration using the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form on our website, package up your goods and place a printed copy of the RMA in the box before sending.
