FRONTLINE SAFETY (UK) LIMITED ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 , the data controller is FRONTLINE SAFETY (UK) LIMITED of 200 Old Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow, G40 4DW.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will not (and will not allow any third party to) use the ClickTale Service to record, track or collect personally identifiable information (PII) including without limitations, any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains including, without limitation, full name, physical address, telephone number, fax number, email address, password, personal profile information, biometric information, information regarding a visitor's state of health, economic condition, financial information such as credit card details, checking, social security number or other government-issued identifier, banking, or any other payment information (“PII”) of visitors, nor will we (or will we allow any third party to) associate any data gathered from our website (or such third parties' website(s)) with any PII from any source as part of our use (or such third parties' use) of the Service unless we receive such visitors explicit consent. Additionally, we will prohibit the recording of Prefilled Data (i.e. information automatically inserted by our website, such as prefilled fields) that is PII.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
