Drager Bayonet Pure Odour P3 R, Particle Filters, EN 143:2000, pack of 10 pairs
These particular sets of filters from Drager Safety are twin bayonet filters which protect against level P3 dust particulates. They come in a pack of 10 pairs (20 pieces) and can be used in conjunction with the X-plore half masks 3300 and 3500 and the X-plore 5500 full face mask.
Having class 3 protection means this filter is capable of filtering out a high level of particles. They are 99.95% efficient. The ‘R’ symbol means the filters can be reused (for more than one shift), however this is very dependent in the atmosphere you’re in and the breathing resistance. It’s important to be aware of such factors and be able to identify when your filter has reached the end of its life.
This particular filter has an additional feature. It has a special odour layer which helps to remove unpleasant smells whilst wearing the mask and filters.
The Pure Odour P3 set of filters can be used individually as particle filters, however Drager make it possible to convert the filter into a combination filter using the Bayonet Adapter (p/n 6738356). Just connect your chosen gas filter to the Pure P3 filter using the adapter to make a combination filter able to protect against gaseous vapours and dust particles.
