Drager Quaestor Automatic
This product from Drager is used for testing the safety of a range of breathing protection equipment including full face masks, compressed air breathing equipment and chemical protection suits.
Features
Features of the Quaestor Automatic include a fully automated leakage and function tests in low, medium and high pressure range, inhalation and exhalation resistance testing and also dynamic middle pressure with the aid of a built-in artificial lung (dynamic).
Inflatable test heads are used for reliable mask testing. It takes less than 8 minutes to carry out complete testing of compressed air breathing apparatus including a pressure gauge accuracy test.
Other features include automated measurement of the acoustic low-residual-pressure warning by microphone, patented automatic neck valve for maintaining the required volume under vfdb 0804 on low-pressure test and also breathing tests of lung demand valves using a breathing adapter.
PC-Based Test Procedure
Testing parameters for breathing protection equipment to be tested are lodged in the included software and is verified automatically during the test process. For testing other manufacturer's protection equipment it is possible to add parameters. Results and test sequences are depicted graphically on the user interface on the PC.
A printable corresponding test protocol is generated after each performed test and the history of the tests on breathing protection equipment can be retrieved at any time for statistical needs.
Comprehensive Service
Just as the breathing protection and equipment need to be tested regularly, the test device itself must be serviced also. This guarantees security for the wearer of the personal protective equipment.
