TWO MODES FOR EFFICIENT MEASUREMENT
A broadband measurement called "Seeker" mode is used to locate and pre-test measurement locations. The overall concentration of all the VOCs present can be measured continuously and directly. It is comparable to utilising a single-PID gas measurement instrument in "Seeker" mode.
The "Analysis" option enables targeted measurement to observe particular harmful substances. In a few seconds, specific chemicals can be precisely quantified. The "Analysis" option is comparable to laboratory gas chromatography analyses.
RELIABLE PERFORMANCE UNDER TOUGH CONDITIONS
Environmental factors like fluctuating ambient temperature or excessive humidity have a minimal impact on measurement findings. The sensor device separates water vapour from the target compounds while maintaining a constant temperature above the ambient air temperature. This guarantees accurate measurements even in challenging environmental circumstances.
INTUITIVE HANDLING WITH MOBILE APP
A mobile app on an explosion-proof smartphone manages the sensor unit and processes the measurement data (delivery includes both). The sizable touch screen and well-known interface components make it simple to use. This makes a large user base able to access advanced technology. There is no need for substantial training or prior expertise.

After a quick start-up phase, the Dräger X-pid 9500 is ready for use without any prior preparation. The time required for selective measurement in "Analysis" mode is very brief. Pushing a button initiates a benzene measurement, which lasts for only 30 seconds. The instrument is prepared to measure for benzene once more after another 60 seconds. The Dräger X-pid 9500 saves a lot of time when compared to other detection systems and provides additional monitoring. Further reducing testing times is the simultaneous assessment of additional substances like benzene and butadiene.
