These Drager short-term gas detection tubes are cost-effective and are used to measure Phosgene (0.25/c). They have a measurement range of 0.25 to 25 ppm and have a shelf life of 2 years. One pack contains 10 tubes.

Reaction Principle
COCI2 + ethylaniline + dimethylaminobenzaldehyde - blue green reaction product

Cross Sensitivity
No interference by up to 100 ppm hydrochloric acid. Carbonyl bromide and acetyl chloride are indicated, but with different sensitivities. It is impossible to measure phosgene in the presence of carbonyl bromide or acetyl chloride.
