FGD Flame UV-IR Simulator Kit (Aluminum)

This simulator kit includes a flame simulator for the UV-IR flame detector (aluminum), a simulator carrying case and strap, a cover tool, and a charger.  The UV-IR monitor detects a large variety of fires including hydrocarbon fires (visible and non-visible) and Hydrogen fires.

FGD Flame Simulators are designed to test FlameSpec flame detectors and ensure they are performing accurately and adequately.  The flame simulators are economic and ideal for ongoing maintenance.  They are lightweight and very easy to use.  They can be used in a hazardous area and can test in distances of up to 23 feet away from the detectors, reducing the need for scaffolding.

These are ideal for applications where commissioning and periodic system testing is required for the detectors.  There are other versions available.  Please refer to the datasheet for additional information on detector sensitivities, operational distances and electrical specifications.
