MSA miniSCAPE Escape Respirator in plastic housing

The MSA MiniSCAPE is an escape respirator, which will provide you 5 minutes of escape time.  It comes with a mouthpiece and nose clip, is a universal fit and is for one-time use only.

Please Note: the MiniSCAPE is NOT suitable for oxygen-deficient atmospheres in case of carbon monoxide exposure.

This is an ideal product for emergencies and applications such as laboratories, plants and areas where toxic gases, vapours and liquids are handled or stored.  It may also be useful when coming into contact with high-pressure valves, gas pipes, stop valves, compressors and refrigeration equipment.

It also uses TabTec filter technology and features an ABEK filter which protects against organic vapours and solvents (e.g. benzene, tetrachloroethane, trichloroethylene) and inorganic gases (e.g. hydrogen halides, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulphide, sulphur dioxide and ammonia).  TabTec technology uses a carbon tablet, which means the filter flexible, compact and minimises weight, volume and polluting material.
