WatchGas SST-Dock Automated Test Station

WatchGas’s SST-Dock is an automated bump and calibration test station for the SST gas detector range, including the SST1, SST4, SST5 and the SST-Pump.

The SST-Dock is intuitive and easy to set up and use. Gas cylinders can be assigned using the NFC (Near Field Communication) reader and will input the span values, lot numbers and expiry dates directly into the docking station. This can all be viewed on the large touch screen display. Everything you need should be able to be done within this screen, there is no need for a PC connection to make product changes.

WatchGas have designed the SST-Dock with the customer in mind and offers a rapid bump feature to save costs. This allows for three levels of bump testing (50, 70 and 90% levels of gas), to bump your gas detector in seconds. All results are saved on the dock and should you wish to report these then they can be shared via mail or in the WatchGas software via Wifi, BLE or cellular data (SIM card).

By using one of WatchGas’s approved regulators, you will be warned when gas is running low or coming to its expiry date. This allows you to proactively manage any downtime and ensure that your daily operations are not affected.
